Other schemes – Condition and Measured Building Survey

As part of the negotiations to enter into a new lease we were instructed to undertake a survey of the property. The building is Grade II listed, of timber framed construction with residential flats above. The survey identified some concerns relating to fire spread throughout the property, sound attenuation and issues concerning dated electrical installations.

A condition survey was produced and agreed to mitigate possible future claims at lease expiry or if the break clause was exercised.
