We were instructed to provide full project monitoring services to the University. The project was complicated, with Severn Vale Housing acting as landlord. The construction process used a variety of modular building techniques accommodated within a traditional steel framed structure. The build was located adjacent to a main line railway track which had complicated party wall and access agreements to coordinate.
