Location: Trombridge, Wiltshire -Former brewery site.

Client: Newland Homes Ltd

SBPC was appointed to serve party wall notices on multiple neighbours with some affected buildings being Grade I and Grade II. The scheme was made difficult following partial previous demolition undertaken by a developer who subsequently went into administration. Additional challenges on site included underground cellars and interconnecting link buildings neighbouring the site.
